As a Product Designer and UX Designer at Wetaca, I am responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction. My role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Improve usability and visual quality across new and existing interfaces, working closely with product and engineering. · Map user flows and journeys to remove friction and make navigation feel obvious.

• Run user research and analyse data to find pain points and back up design decisions with evidence.

• Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on real feedback before and after launch.

• Integrate AI tools into research, idea generation, UX writing and test analysis to focus design time where it matters most.

• Build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate design decisions to the team without ambiguity.

• Maintain and scale the design system to keep the experience consistent across platforms and devices.

• Work with developers during implementation to make sure the final product matches the intended experience.

• Work with stakeholders across product, tech and business to make sure design decisions hold up under business and technical constraints.

Led a small team of junior designers across physical and digital product work for multiple clients, from early concept to final delivery. Oversaw creative direction, UX decisions and visual systems while working closely with development and marketing. Projects consistently delivered functional, on-brand solutions with measurable impact on customer retention and satisfaction.
